Lead Generation Expert (Gurugram location)

Job Overview :- We are seeking a Lead Generation Expert with proven experience in driving high-quality leads from international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and extensive knowledge of lead generation tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Lusha. This role requires a proactive individual who can execute cold email outreach strategies effectively and leverage a suite of tools to source and qualify prospects.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with potential leads across various international markets.
• Conduct in-depth research on target companies and decision-makers to enhance lead qualification.
• Design and execute effective cold email outreach campaigns to nurture potential prospects.
• Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Lusha for data enrichment and lead verification.
• Manage and maintain an organized database of leads, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics to optimize performance.

Qualifications :-

• Experience :- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• International Market Exposure :- Demonstrated experience working with international markets.
• Tool Proficiency :- Strong knowledge of ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Lusha, with additional tools being a plus.
• Communication Skills :- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cold emailing.
• Analytical Skills :- Ability to analyze and improve lead generation strategies based on data insights.
• Attention to Detail :- Highly organized with strong attention to detail for data management.

Preferred Skills :-

• Familiarity with additional lead generation tools and CRM platforms.
