Cloud DevOps Lead

At least 10+ years of experience working within the Software industry across multiple solution and industry domains Minimum 4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and network design with a strong security focus. Self-starter with leadership experience managing a small team, maintaining an infrastructure backlog, coordinating with vendors, defining environments, etc. Strong hands-on Expertise with at least one large cloud computing provider (Azure is preferred) is a MUST Practical experience in setting up DevOps pipelines for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery using a wide array of industry tools (Azure DevOps is preferred) Familiar with high availability reference designs, high performance methodologies along with diagnosing / eliminating bottlenecks. Familiar with auto-scaling cloud techniques and able to practically leverage them in context of big data solutions Experience with solutions for logging, monitoring, auditing, and managing infrastructure health across multiple environments Proven experience performing coordinating triage sessions for root cause analysis in complex and distributed systems and environments Creativity and a passion for tackling challenging infrastructure problems and willingness to work in a start-up environment is a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to write crisp documentation, effectively white board and create simple, easy to understand diagrams for complex systems Comfortable working in an Agile environment following Scrum or Kanban University Engineering degree.
