GSE Technical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Of Equipment
To carry out daily & scheduled checks are conducted & recorded.
To carry out services/PMS of all equipment as and when due as per IndiGo standard
To attend the breakdown of equipment & put them in serviceable condition at the earliest.
Intimate the breakdown to the concerned and proactive approach on rectifying the same
To ensure GEMS records are updated meticulously
To update and maintain maintenance related documentation as per IndiGo standards.
To keep a track over repetitive complaints and ensure their closures at the earliest
To provide component failure reports in case of unpredicted failures of equipment/vehicle
Proactive and Frugal approach towards maintenance practices Up-keep of tools & machines used in fabrication/ welding activities.
2. Operational Requirement
Accountability to provide serviceability of vehicles/equipment to user end
To update driver complaint log book and record same in the job order
To ensure all the driver complaints are attended and closed before the release from GSE with due confirmation from driver
To update break down log book on daily basis
To attend GSE Shift Cell Call and provide support at the earliest wherever required
Liasioning with key stake holders in order to ensure smooth operation of vehicle/equipment
To maintain workshop at level of quality audit standards
3. Supervisory
Co-ordinate with stores for spares and Local repair.
Supervise and delegate maintenance task to technicians working in GSE.
Up-keep of tools & machines used in fabrication/ welding activities.
Assist and guide technicians during maintenance activities and acquaint them of SOP s and maintenance / grooming standards followed at IndiGo.
To ensure optimum use of all kind of resources & keep a check to stop misuse of resources & equipment.
Upkeep of workshop and all equipment
Maintain all tools required for smooth operation of workshop
To ensure aesthetic of all the vehicle/equipment are up to the mark as per IndiGo standard all time.
Ensure the grooming of equipment/vehicle and staff
Ensure proper stowage of scrap as per norms set by regulatory authorities
Execution of advisories and campaigns suggested by management from time to time within given time frame.
To ensure to release vehicle for statutory requirement
To ensure all technicians are following safety SOP all time
Ensure the availability of PPEs at all time.
