Urgent Hiring - Relationship Manager - Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide personalized services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Eligibility Verification: Contact customers to check eligibility for various financial products offered by the company, ensuring that they meet the necessary criteria.
• Document Collection: Request, follow up, and ensure the timely submission of necessary documents from customers for loan processing or other financial products.
• Query Handling: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing them with accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Loan Collection & Recovery: Follow up with customers for payment collections, ensuring timely repayment schedules. Handle recovery calls and provide support in resolving payment issues.
• Cross-Selling Financial Products: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products to existing customers, such as insurance or other loan products, based on their needs and eligibility.
• Report Generation: Maintain records of customer interactions and provide regular reports on customer status, feedback, and any potential issues to senior management.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all interactions and processes are carried out in compliance with the company's policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Preferably in finance, business, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales within the financial services sector (NBFC, banking, insurance, etc.).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle their concerns effectively.
• Good understanding of financial products and services offered by NBFCs.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
