Agelix Consulting - Flutter Developer - Dart (6-9 yrs)

We are seeking a seasoned Flutter Developer.

An ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development using Flutter and Dart.

- The candidate should have worked on skills like cross-platform app development, state management (ex: Provider, Bloc), integration with RESTful APIs, and Firebase services.

- And should be capable of handling end-to-end development, including UI/UX design, performance optimization, and deployment to app stores.

Preferably from mobile app development industry and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee and manage complete mobile application development lifecycle.

- Handle functional responsibilities including requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment.

- Manage code reviews, optimization, and application maintenance.

- Ensure compliance / audit readiness with respect to coding standards, documentation and best practices.

- Manage team / client / vendor relationships including requirement gathering, feedback incorporation, and post-deployment support.

- Ensure timely delivery of project commitment like feature releases, updates, and bug fixes.

- Develop and implement team initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

- Provide the leadership team with required updates, reports, dashboards, etc and facilitate effective communication with all the stakeholders.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations across the company.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Additional certification in Flutter, Mobile Application Development.

Technical Requirement :

- Expertise in Flutter and Dart.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services.

- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.

- Proficiency in state management solutions like Provider, Bloc.

- Solid knowledge of Dart, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git) and best practices.

- Experience using Firebase, GraphQL, or similar backend services.

Eligibility :

- Around 6-8 years of experience in mobile development.

- Around 2-3 years of experience as a senior developer and handling team and clients.

- Preferably from mobile app development (software development) industry.

- Should have worked on software / projects / domain like mobile applications, cross-platform development, and enterprise-level applications.

- In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Flutter, Dart, mobile app development, and related technologies.

- Strong organizational skills with proven track record of handling clients and multiple priorities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements :

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite in creating required communications, dashboards and reports.

- Project planning and execution experience, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.

- Strong analytical skills to dissect complex business processes and data.

- Proficiency in product and business review, allowing for deep insights and informed decision-making.

- Exceptional MIS reporting and presentation skills for conveying information effectively.

- The ability to utilize statistical analysis to derive valuable insights.

- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships and collaborative teamwork.

- Willing to work from office in Gurgaon unless specifically discussed basis business & client requirement.
