Job Summary : .
As the lead.NET developer, he will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of.NET developers and guiding them to excel in their technical endeavors. He will champion collaboration and a culture of excellence within the team.
His responsibilities will encompass architectural design, requirement analysis, full software development lifecycle management, code reviews, and staying abreast of the latest.NET technologies and industry best practices.
His expertise will be crucial in resolving complex technical issues, ensuring application stability, and adhering to coding standards and security practices.
Effective communication with cross-functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders will be key to delivering projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Architect and design complex .NET applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and then translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, from project initiation through deployment and support.
- Perform code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies, industry trends, and emerging best practices to continuously improve our development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the overall stability and performance of .NET applications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and security practices.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Qualifications :
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience in software development, with a minimum of 8 to 15 years of .NET development experience.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading .NET development teams.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. , Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Project management skills for overseeing software development projects.
- Experience with LINQ and microservices architecture.
- Middleware knowledge and experience with multi-layer architecture.
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles and various design patterns.
Desired Qualifications : .
- Industry certifications in .NET or software architecture.
- Previous experience in a .NET Architect role.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of database design and SQL.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, etc.
- Exposure to agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong online presence within the .NET community.
