Job Description
- Implement companys strategies and plans for the Key Accounts in the territory, to meet/exceed sales revenue targets. Visit them at defined frequencies to manage the accounts better. Regularly do strategic planning to improve share of wallet at each Key Account.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned Key Accounts; Negotiate mutually Win-Win contracts and progress business results.
- Engage with Clients to help them maximize returns on the RR/PRR placements.
- Being the SPOC for the client, work with all relevant internal departments (such as SH (sales head) for KAM, Mispacare, Marketing, Finance, Logistics etc.) to resolve issues / complaints if any. Provide monthly inputs to Planning and Manufacturing via SH-KAM
- Ensure prompt collections; keep debtor days under control.
- Contribute towards companys brand building in the assigned territory- e.g. Conferences, Scientific seminars/webinars, CME.
- Scan the geography regularly and add qualifying new customers and do business development.
