Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Techno commercial, Technically Sound and Practical Sound for Field Sales; Answer:
  • Supervise the activities of Water Division departments and personnel to effect operational efficiency and productivity; Answer:
  • To understand the problem & provide solutions. Answer:
  • Good managerial skills to be able to independently run a water division line. Answer:
  • Should be technically knowledgeable in WTP, R.O, UF, UV, DM, MB, Softener, Desalination, Seawater, Pretreatment, Prefiltration, Sewage treatment, waste water recycling and treatment, NF, ETP, STP, Resins, Media and water treatment chemicals, dosage, Solar. Should be conversant with boiler and chiller water systems. Answer:
  • Should know the Purification & Treatment of River water, Lake Water, Rainwater, Water Resources management, Surface runoff water, Canal, ground water, Seawater, Bore well Water, Dam water. Assess the requirement of client or to suggest the types of plant or filtration system. Answer:
  • Should be knowledgeable in swimming pool systems and related chemicals Answer:
  • Be able to BOQs, participate and execute tenders in water purification and treatment works. Answer:
  • Should keep in touch and be updated with the latest technological developments in the water industryand new products, market demand. Answer:
  • Can work independently target oriented
  • Should create own team and lead them & do daily reports.
  • Should New lead generation & to convert into sales make offers & close the deal (success ratio 90%)
  • Traveling, field sales & marketing
  • Should handle all type of clients mechanical, plumbing, engineer, consultant, architect, Industrial, Domestic Developers, Schools, Institutes, private institute, private individuals etc..

Required Skill Set

  • Be able to manage sales data, sale projection of the company personal and projects from inception to commissioning Answer:
  • Cost Estimates; Be able to do cost estimation or primary analysis of cost for related projects Answer:
  • Knowledge in Water purification and treatment product sourcing; Should be able to do proper comparison for cost effective purchasing from different sources. Answer:
  • Data Collection; Be able to perform field work related to data collection that leads to new business development Answer:
  • Should possess good interpersonal and public relation Answer:
  • Should be highly professional
  • Should be conversant with social media and digital marketing strategy Answer:
  • Good communication skills in English language Answer:
  • Understanding of water analysis Lab reports and proper interpretation of the same when working on proposals. Answer:
  • Basic computer literacy including MS Office and MS project Answer:
  • Team Building Capabilities & leadership
  • Analytical, brand awareness, marketing intelligence.
  • Should be efficient and knowledgeable of all marketing tools & techcs.
  • Proven sales experience with a high closing Success ratio.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Projects and Projects Collaboration
