Skill Require

• Over 1+ years IT Experience include SAP MM/ WM/ SD functional consultant with 1 full life cycle implementations using SAP ECC 6.0, ECC 5.0 and R/3 4.7
• knowledge of SAP IS Retail functionalities and modules, including Master Data, Pricing, Assortment Management, Replenishment, and Sales.
• Expertise in the areas of Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution, PP.
• SAP SD/AFS SD IS Retail - Principle Consultant (Core Production support, Project development delivery)
• Experience in IT software support in Retail/FMCG or similar domain will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills Ability to articulate clearly in English (both verbal and written communication).
• Good analytical, Problem Solving Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
• Comfortable working in shifts including night shift as 24*7 support.
• SAP MM Certification is preferences

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assortment Idoc interface to POS & 3rd party systems (Replenishment, WMS, Planning, Pricing (Cost Retail, PR, Site Master Source, Promotions & Bonus Buys.
• Process competent knowledge of structured articles to support IM and Logistics process.
• Completed on-site profile, Site groups, Listing procedures, General assortments, Assortments types, Distribution chains, Merchandise categories, hierarchies’ assortment list
• Managed Batch Job in Autosys system, extensively working on SA38 to creation on variations for program based on equipment.
• Issue Resolution and Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, addressing and resolving system issues, incidents, and change requests in a timely manner to minimize disruptions in retail operations.
• System Monitoring and Performance: Monitor the performance and health of SAP IS Retail systems, proactively identifying potential issues and taking appropriate actions to ensure system stability and reliability.
