IT Billing Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Generation of E-invoice and E-way bill.

Prepare accurate and timely invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other billing documents

Maintain detailed and organized records of billing transactions and client account details.

Work with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth billing processes.

Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Use billing software effectively and update systems with accurate client information.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in billing, invoicing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Minimum 2 years of experience in billing execution or similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
