Travel Consultant (Customer Support & Travel Sales)

Job description

1. Must have 1-4 years of Customer Service experience in Travel Domain
2. Exceptional Customer Handling skills
3. Must have a proven Track Record of resolving queries from irate Customers
4. Must own the responsibility of providing World Class Customer Service experience to our Customers
5. Corporate Travel experience is a plus.

Required Candidate profile

1. Excellent written and verbal skills with an objective to resolve Customer queries with wow experience
2. Must have knowledge of either Sales or Customer Service Profile
3. Excellent Comprehension and Convincing skills
4. GDS (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre) is a Must.
