Job Overview:

The Call Audit & Analyst is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing customer interactions to ensure high-quality service standards, compliance with policies, and enhanced customer experience. This role involves reviewing recorded calls, providing feedback to the sales team, identifying areas for improvement, and generating reports on key performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in call auditing, quality analysis, or a related role in the travel or holiday industry.
• Prior experience in sales audits, customer service evaluation, or quality monitoring is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and observational skills to assess call quality effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing feedback and training support.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, call monitoring tools, and data analysis software.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify service improvement opportunities.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
