Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Python (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with other senior engineers/CTO to understand the needs of our customers and execute roadmap and product initiatives

- Collaborate with product leaders to identify customer problems, scope requirements, and implement LLM-powered solutions.

- Develop and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines and state of the art AI solutions to deliver category defining features and solutions

- Improve end-to-end quality of the system (e.g. relevance, fidelity, latency) via empirical evaluation and iteration.

- Build and enhance systems and tools that enable high-velocity experimentation (e.g. LLM-powered automated evaluation) and customized product experiences.

- Stay at the forefront of AI research and incorporate state-of-the-art techniques of AI application development.

Skills and requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in developing complex and high-volume Python based backend or customer facing applications

- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern development tools and practices in Python ecosystem

- Basic backend architecture and system design skills. for building complex SaaS solutions and platform products

- Enthusiasm and interest in the AI and LLM ecosystem, with a desire to learn and stay updated on emerging technologies.

- Familiarity with with LLM applications, Prompt engineering, Agentic design pattern, RAG architectures and related concepts

- Knowledge and experience with any AI applications frameworks such as : Langchain, Llamaindex, CrewAI, DsPy etc. (Any not all)

- Proficiency in verbal and written technical communication with both technical and business stakeholders
