Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
Work with product development teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understoodand documented.
Conduct testing on embedded systems products using a range of testing methodologies including manual testing, automation testing, and exploratory testing.
Identify, track, and report defects found during testing using bug-tracking tools.
Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects.
Conduct regression testing on existing products to ensure that new features and changes donot negatively impact existing functionality.
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects ofproduct features.
Required Qualification and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
Experience in embedded product testing.
Familiarity with requirements-based testing methodologies such as V-Model or Agile.
Experience with software testing tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
Experience with scripting in languages such as Python, C.
Knowledge of software development life cycle and software testing methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
