Manager/Senior Manager/AVP - Liability Underwriter - General Insurance Firm (2-13 yrs)

We are currently hiring for the role of Liability Underwriter for one of our leading General Insurance client.

Job Locations- Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai.

Experience -

Manager - 2 to 4 years

Sr. Manager -6 to 8 years

AVP- 10 - 13 years

Qualification - Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Job Profile:

- Underwriting of Liability proposals for various products and clients.

- Business development: Customer interaction for deal closures, techno-marketing, Product Presentations, etc.

- Channel Management: interface between Brokers and Customers - training and development of various Liability products.

- Coordination with other departments: such as reinsurance, product specialists, and accounts.

- Ensuring adherence to Underwriting Guidelines and delegated authority.

- Identifying opportunities in line with UW framework & guidelines within zones

- Accountable to let zone achieve its topline and bottom-line targets for Liability.

- Managing Product Training requirements at Zone.

- Driving profitable Liability business for Zone in close co-ordination with business channel teams.

- Ensuring recording and file management of proposals data for Governance & Audit Preparedness

- Co-ordination with Corporate Office team for approvals & reports
