Aeris is looking for an experienced and visionary Release Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust observability solutions that provide deep insights into our systems, applications, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Release Planning & Coordination:
- Plan, manage, and oversee the release lifecycle, including scheduling, scope, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations, and product management) to ensure timely delivery of releases.
- Create and maintain release documentation, including release notes and deployment plans.
Deployment & Change Management:
- Implement and manage deployment processes for staging, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor and manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with change management processes and policies.
Communication & Reporting:
- Act as the central point of contact for all release-related communications.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on release readiness, issues, and progress.
- Generate metrics and reports to assess release effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Automation & Continuous Improvement:
- Work with teams to implement automation tools and scripts to streamline the release process.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Continuously assess and refine release processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
