As a Service Operations Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers world-wide. Will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills while troubleshooting technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support roll-out of new applications, among other duties.
Requirement
6-8 years of industry experience.
Knowledge of Core Java (1.7/1.8) and related tools.
Strong SQL skillset is a must. Should be able to write and debug complex SQL queries working on relational and non-relational DBs
Excellent understanding of concepts and fundamentals of Java and computer science including multi-threading, memory management and web services.
Good understanding on Design Patterns, Design Principles, Data Structures
Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST, XML, JSON, Message Queues, databases both relational and non.
Experience working with large-scale production systems.
Should be comfortable working with Agile development.
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to have
Telecom-related product experience
Experience in Google cloud (or any other cloud) will be a plus
