About the Role: Position Summary

In this role as a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to engineering team members. You will also create technical documentation such as design and architectural diagrams, work with technical teams to ensure high quality software development. You will also be responsible for interacting with stakeholders to refine product requirements and identify business needs. In addition you will be responsible for ensuring that the products comply security standards, data privacy regulations and industry best practices. This position requires a hands on engineer who is well versed in full stack development and is capable of leading team members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform design, development, and support of existing and new products.
• Understand product vision and business needs to define product requirements and product architectural solutions.
• Develop architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of product.
• Work with Product Manager in planning and execution of new product releases.
• Consult business management team to clarify objectives and functional requirements for new or modified products.
• Work with pre-sales and product management teams in solution demonstrations.
• Facilitate the creation, review, and sign off of project deliverables.
• Provide support for production escalations and problem resolution for customers.
• Assist technical team with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems knowledge.
• Develop broad knowledge about current and future product features.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Proficiency with Python and React
• Proficiency with other server-side languages such as Java and .Net
• Proficiency with databases such as MYSQL,MongoDB, Oracle and SQL
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Obsession with clean coding practices while building scalable, maintainable and performant code
• Strong and accurate analytical and communication skills
• Self-motivated and initiative personality with a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives Knowledge or Experience in Angular2+ or similar frameworks

Educational Qualification:

• Degree in computer science. Bachelors degree (BE, BTech, BCA, BSc Comp.) or Skill Certification such as CDAC etc.
• 5 + years Experience in a fast-paced technology products or services organization
• Should be comfortable working as an individual contributor and leading other team members
• Good communication skills should be a team player & self-learner.
• Ability to manage / support multiple priorities.
• Strong creative thinking ability to always come with impactful and unique ideas.
• Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization, in a fast-paced agile setup.
