Product Marketing Manager - AI

Responsibilities

• Define and execute our IT and AI-focused product marketing strategy - from high-level messaging to creating technical content for supply chain leaders, data scientists, and CIOs.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that highlight the power of AI to drive decision-making and autonomy.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that address common CIO questions.
• Create content that demystifies AI concepts and showcases Aera s advanced capabilities in natural language processing, machine learning, and automation.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce technical content, whitepapers, and engaging AI-based demo scripts.
• Design and execute data-driven campaigns for IT and business that position Aera as a leader in AI for enterprise decision-making.
• Develop competitive comparison guides to position Aera s AI and technical capabilities against similar offerings.
• Align closely with Product Management to plan and execute product launches.
• Provide AI market insights to shape campaign strategies and demand creation initiatives.

Success Metrics:

• Product revenue performance (vs. target)
• Win/loss rates
• Product pipeline, forecast
• Number of customer references secured
• Sales adoption of enablement materials

About You

• Must have 8+ years of relevant experience with Technical Expertise in AI and other IT topics: Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and decision intelligence. Understanding of IT concerns and expectations for areas such as security, and integration. Ability to translate complex capabilities into compelling, relatable business messaging.
• Storytelling Excellence: Proven ability to craft cohesive narratives that showcase how AI transforms business decision-making, operational efficiency, and user experiences.
• Content Development Skills: Superior ability to develop technical and marketing content such as whitepapers, demo scripts, and engaging product presentations.
• Strategic Thinking and Planning: Experience in defining go-to-market strategies and executing data-driven campaigns that drive the adoption of solutions.
• Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and win/loss data to uncover opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Engineering, to align marketing efforts with product goals.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Empathy for technical and business stakeholders, ensuring messaging resonates with diverse audiences, from data scientists to CIOs.
• Competitive Positioning: Experience in creating competitive analysis and positioning guides to highlight the unique capabilities of AI-driven enterprise solutions.
• Adaptability and Innovation: Creative problem-solver who can adapt quickly to new trends and find innovative ways to position Aera s AI and other technical capabilities.
• Education and Professional Background: MBA and a degree in engineering, computer science, or applied sciences preferred. Experience in product marketing or customer-facing roles is essential.
