Assistant General Manager - Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting & finance department.
• Analyzing accounting data and reporting financial statements to management & RBI within timeline.
• Monitoring the portfolio, provision and policies around the same
• Establish and enforce report accounting method, policies and principles.
• Ensure complete audit requirement within TAT statutory / tax audit / internal audit
• Manage Finance / Accounting / Budgeting / Cash Flow Management.
• Responsible for adherence to financial & accounting policies and operating procedures framed by the company.
• Prepare and liaison with consultant on preparing monthly GST data
• Maintaining relationship with bankers
• Designing and strengthening the Internal Financial controls and SOP’s of F&A function.
• Monitoring TDS workings and process the same within due date
• Hands on control on settlements / merchant payout / trade advances
• Risk reporting data and trends to be prepared
• Portfolio and provisioning norms and back up files to be checked
• Sales recon / Merchant Recon / Statutory Liability recon to be done on a monthly basis
• Accrual, billing, termination, knock off and repo entries to be prepare and check
• GST cross billing and portal recon
