• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Completion of an apprenticeship or vocational training in electrical work.

• Certification or licensure (where applicable, depending on location). For example, a state-issued electrician s license.

• Additional certifications in safety or electrical codes may be preferred.

• Typically 2-5 years of hands-on experience as an electrician (may vary based on the role).

• Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial electrical systems (depending on the job type).

• Experience in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of electrical systems.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
