Outline of the Role
1. Structuring potential mergers and acquisition (M&A) deals, including end-to-end implementation support.
2. Undertaking slump sales, share transfers, merger, demergers and restructuring activities.
3. Start up and real estate advisory services, with focused industry insights.
4. Fund structuring and advisory services.
5. Diligence services.
6. ESOP structuring and roll out.
7. Business model evaluation from a tax and regulatory standpoint.
Responsibilities
Be part of the team delivering on complex engagements and lead client relationships with experience.
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: 3-4 years for Senior Associates in taxation
Big 4 experience preferred.
