Role Summary:
Managing the Investment Mid Office operations, reporting, compliance, and audit management.
Key Focus areas:
• Monitor all trade related information (Master creation) received from front office to ensure correct investment accounting and monitoring.
• Ensuring timely & accurate data capturing for master and Investment master data review.
• Limit Monitoring to check compliances of the IRDAI limits.
• Manage and Closure of various Audits like Concurrent, Statutory, IRMS and IFC.
• Manage the limit master in Investment data.
• Review and analysis of the circulars from IRDAI.
• Risk Review for derivatives (VaR, Stress testing) and impact on valuation movement in financials.
• Drive the Investment and manual changes.
• Internal/Statutory reporting.
• Review and monitoring of Stewardship Code
• Derivative counterparty onboarding.
• Review of RCMs.
• Review of the deal prices and review of deals done on voice recording.
• Data preparation for IRDAI / Public Disclosure / Management / Finance & Actuarial Reporting.
Qualifications & Competencies:
• MBA Finance / M.Com / Semi Qualified CA with a minimum 5 years of investment middle office experience from insurance (life as well as general), mutual funds or banking industry
• System Knowledge of Mfund, mPower, Credence or SAP (Mfund / mPower preferably)
• Expert knowledge of Ms Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and deliver to tight deadlines.
