Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Executive with 1-2 years of experience in financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. Proficiency in Tally and other ERP software is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process day-to-day financial transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in Tally and other ERP software systems.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they align with company budgets.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and policies.
• Prepare and file statutory returns, such as GST and TDS.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders related to financial data and reports.
• Support any other finance-related tasks as required.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Tally and other ERP software (SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and statutory compliance.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
