Student Support and Admissions Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION OF SSAO : -

1. Provide high level customer service via email, telephone, and face to face communications with prospective parents, agents, students, feeder schools and School’s wider network.
2. Schools Visit with building good relationship with Headmasters of school.
3. Ensuring proper function of Leadsquare for Leads generation & closing.
4. Ensure prospective students and parents are guided and encouraged through the admissions process in a professional, helpful and efficient way.
5. Increasing conversion rates and ensuring an increasing number of Admissions.
6. Assist the Head of Admissions in planning, organizing and delivering successful admissions
7. Oversee application deposits and dealing with admissions invoice queries.
8. Enter and maintain application data at all stages of the admissions process, including initial application, offer information, financial details
9. Collection of documentation in support of admission application in timely manner.
10. Using both college contact number with all WhatsApp official matter related and saving individual student and staff contact number in the office phone. Student Engagement Activities, Interaction with Parents
11. Counselling Related to admission & sometimes to students. Enquiry forms filling. Leads square forms entry. Counselling to students occasionally. Forms Fill up related to Scholarship, JEE, NIIT etc. Exams related forms Fill up.
12. State Scholarship Related activities handling.
13. Managing & Administering the School ERP Platform. Students’ details in ERP Entry. Payment receipt at times if required.
14. Zoom scheduling, Coordination & calling to parents as well as Messaging. Regular zoom PTM, sending ID+ PASSWORD Call conformation and assistance to parents
15. SAMS portal (CHSE BOARD) all student detail update work.
16. CEI (Collection) Calling to Parents. CEI calling(accounts).
17. Admission Related works. ATOM -50 forms Fill up. Leads square forms entry, follow up & calling.
18. Creating Business Associates to promote Adyant in Untouched districts.
19. Negotiation quality to achieve a goal, Discretionary Concession. Collection Efficiency Index (CEI) Calculation based on Previous Month Outstanding, Present Month Due & New Admission Amount along with PDC Value
20. Working with System for Send/Receive Mails, Record Updation, Drafting mails & letters
21. Call Handling, Replying Queries, Addressing Complaints.
22. Differentiating online/digital vs walk-in & parents’ feedback.
