Role Overview:
- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead the complete automation and digital transformation of our client's BPO operations.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong IT background, expertise in process automation, and a proven track record of leading large team and managing an entire organization.
- This role requires a blend of technology-driven problem-solving, operational excellence, and strategic vision to take the company into its next phase of growth.
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years in IT project management, with expertise in automation, digital transformation, and company-wide leadership.
- Strong IT and automation expertise - hands-on experience in RPA, AI implementation, or enterprise software integration.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and scale entire organizations.
- Exceptional people management skills, with experience handling large teams across multiple functions.
- Strong understanding of business process automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
- Ability to drive organizational change, motivate teams, and align business strategy with technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for advancing the interests of the team, as expressed in its vision and mission statements.
- Responsible for providing the highest level of effective representation to the system and the community which it serves.
- Planning, directing, organizing and managing the entire offshore operations.
- Work in close collaboration with all service providers other staff to ensure delivery of world class healthcare services.
- Responsible for the delegation of duties and the establishment of formal means of accountability.
- Design and implement effective operational methods in a way that is directly proportional to boosting the revenue.
- Work in close collaboration with process leads to ensure implementation of approved processes and programs.
- Ensure all policies and procedures meets the requirements of licensing or accrediting bodies.
- To review and respond to any review by state of local surveys, inspections and accreditation.
- To participate in reviews, complete statutory, statistical and annual reports as mandated.
- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations.
- Responsible for the financial integrity of the operations.
- Ensures the effective operation of a quality improvement process which includes the periodic assessment.
- Ensures that all financial transactions are conducted in accordance with pertinent standards and legal requirements.
- Ensures that an annual audit is conducted and appropriate actions are taken in accordance with the findings.
- Ensures the maintenance and timely updating of operational procedures manuals.
- Ensures that effective communication is maintained with all departments
