Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the First Point of Contact for the director, effectively managing inquiries, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Delegate tasks to subordinates and follow up on their progress to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Maintain diaries and calendars, organize meetings and appointments, and proactively manage day-to-day work schedules.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage other forms of communication, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Supervise the execution of projects, coordinating with team members and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
