Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Rules Engine Developer with 4-5 years of experience in working with rule-based systems and Java development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with at least one rules engine and a strong understanding of Java-based application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement rule-based solutions using a rules engine.
• Work closely with business teams to define and implement business rules.
• Integrate rule engines with Java-based applications.
• Optimize and maintain rule execution for performance and scalability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing rule-based solutions.
• Document rule configurations, workflows, and logic for maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience working with Rules Engine technologies (any rule engine).
• Strong Java development experience (4-5 years).
• Knowledge of rule authoring, execution, and optimization.
• Experience integrating rule engines with Java applications.
• Familiarity with Drools Rule Engine is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and agile environment.
