Senior OnBase Developer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior OnBase Developer with 8+ years of experience to lead OnBase development and customization. This role involves creating workflows, integrating systems, and optimizing document management solutions, particularly in the healthcare and insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• OnBase Development: Develop and customize workflows, Unity Forms, and script hooks using OnBase Studio.
• System Integration: Configure Unity Client, Thick Client, Web Client, and manage components like COLD, DIP, TIP, and Scan Queues.
• Capture & Automation: Support Ephesoft, ICAP, and OnBase Advanced Capture templates for document automation.
• Upgrades & Support: Lead OnBase upgrade projects, including server builds, migrations, system testing, and issue resolution.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams and interact with customers to ensure high-quality solutions and support.

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of OnBase development, including scripting and workflow design.
• Strong knowledge of OnBase components, security settings, and document management.
• Experience with Ephesoft and OnBase Advanced Capture.
• Familiarity with healthcare and insurance domains is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships.
