Open Position- Proposal Writer

Location-Bangalore/Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities-

- Lead the development of technical and business proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other client requests

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and translate complex IT concepts into clear, persuasive content

- Create proposal templates, boilerplate content, and maintain a centralized content repository

- Manage proposal timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely submission

Required Qualifications-

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in IT services, staffing, or related technical field

- Proven track record of creating winning proposals and effective marketing content

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

- Strong project management abilities and attention to detail

- Experience with proposal management software and content management systems

- Understanding of IT industry trends and technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT services, staffing, or consulting industry

- Knowledge of federal, state, or commercial proposal processes

- Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools
