Sr. Inside sales

Role & responsibilities

1. Meet or exceed to assigned quotas
2. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements
4. Transform customer inquiries to orders
5. Quick response to customer requirement, and support products of automation system inquiries from service call, online chat and support mail.
6. Perform product instruction or product training to customers.
7. Perform effective online presentation to prospects
8. Maintain and expand support database (CRM / Siebel) and the Support Portal

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or relate qualification is essential
• 4-6 year experience in B2B Sales
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong understanding of sales cycle
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to Opportunities.
• Familiar in computer hardware/software architecture, system implementation, Automation control system, and industrial communication.
