Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office - 5 days + 1st Saturday working of every month)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and achieve
business objectives.
2. Campaign Leadership:
Lead multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital
advertising, ensuring alignment with company goals.
3. Content Development:
Oversee the creation of impactful content, including blog posts, pitch decks, case studies,
and video content.
4. Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute social media plans to enhance brand visibility and audience
engagement.
5. Performance Analysis:
Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing
insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to deliver
cohesive marketing efforts.
7. Innovation and Ideation:
Drive creative ideation sessions to introduce innovative approaches to campaigns and
strategies.

8. Vendor Management:
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors to support marketing and operational initiatives,
ensuring quality delivery and cost efficiency.
9. Event Management:
Plan and execute events, including corporate activities, promotional campaigns, and
partner events, ensuring seamless execution and high impact.
