Job Role: Sr. Business Development Manager / Business Development Manager - Wellness


We are looking for an energetic business development manager to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development. The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized, and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products. A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.


Responsibilities:


  1. Proactively identify and connect with potential new clients to build a strong pipeline, leveraging cold calling and networking strategies to increase business opportunities.
  2. Research client organizations to identify key decision-makers and develop meaningful relationships that align with their needs and objectives.
  3. Schedule and facilitate meetings between clients and company leaders, ensuring tailored proposals that address specific client concerns and goals.
  4. Collaborate with the team to craft compelling pitches, and assist in pricing strategies to effectively meet client expectations.
  5. Skillfully handle objections and negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while aligning with the clients image and values.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA

preferred.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in wellness industry , B2B Saas sales
  • Experience selling Wellness based products.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build

rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable

partnership plans.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional

teams.

  • Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive

landscape.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization
