Financial Planner & Sales Data Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Advisory:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to support business growth.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.

Sales Data Management:

• Manage and maintain accurate sales data records.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Sales Reconciliation:

• Conduct thorough sales reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
• Resolve discrepancies and provide detailed reports.

Payment Reconciliation:

• Oversee payment reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with finance and accounting teams to resolve issues.

Credit Notes Reconciliation:

• Manage the reconciliation of credit notes for distributors.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of credit notes.

P&L Sheet Preparation:

• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Analyse financial data to provide insights for decision-making.

Sales Data Coordination:

• Collaborate with various teams to gather and coordinate sales data.
• Ensure timely submission of sales reports.

Monthly Report Compilation:

• Compile and prepare comprehensive monthly reports.
• Present findings to senior management.

Administrative Tasks:

• Manage travel expenses, travel tickets, and hotel bookings.
• Oversee salary management for employees.
• Calculate and reconcile sales incentives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial planning, sales data management, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.
