Job Description

Role & responsibilities


As a key member of the Advenza Commercial team, the individual will oversee a diverse portfolio of complex projects. The main focus will be on driving the global business development and strategic deployment for P2P finished formulations and probiotics, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to identify opportunities that align with the companys strategic goals.

In this independent and entrepreneurial role, the individual will contribute to achieving long-term organizational objectives by leading clear, measurable commercial strategies and ensuring their successful execution.

  • Assist the Chief Business Officer in creating long-term plans for the global business development of P2P finished formulations and probiotics. Actively engage with cross-functional teams from Manufacturing, Finance, R&D, IP, and Commercial to develop a strategic roadmap.
  • Lead the development of regional expansion strategies for key markets in both P2P finished formulations and probiotics. Oversee the customer acquisition strategies for these regions.
  • Drive the identification of new portfolio opportunities for both P2P finished formulations and probiotics. Lead commercial discussions and facilitate the structuring and internal approval of business cases for these opportunities.
  • Set objectives and develop business strategies aimed at building strong relationships with key strategic accounts.
  • Build corporate alliances that align with the companys strategic objectives and implementation plans.
  • Monitor emerging industry trends and economic factors, conducting research to propose innovative approaches to business development.
  • Work closely with executive and senior leadership across all functions to ensure alignment between commercial priorities and the organizations capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile

6-8 years experience with Bachelors/Masters/ MBA with Science background would be

preferred. Fresher may also apply.

High energy individual with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
