Client Care Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily operations across hospital floors.
• Managing staff and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
• Overseeing patient care and ensuring satisfaction.
• Supervising and managing the performance of front office, nursing, pet care attendants and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient process adherence in billing and accounting.
• Implementing policies and protocols to improve patient care quality.
• Coordinating patient care services and managing resources efficiently.
• Addressing customer concerns and escalations, if any.
• Maintaining accurate records of patient care.

Requirements and Skills

Bachelors degree in any stream.

Proven experience in healthcare management or a supervisory role in a hospital, would be preferred.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Open to working rotational shifts
