What were looking for:

• • Experience in making a variety of dosas, idlis, and other South Indian dishes
• • Ability to use commercial kitchen equipment and gadgets
• • Someone clean, disciplined, and free from habits like chewing paan or other addictions
• • Energetic, hardworking, and ready to work as part of a team
• • Experience in managing kitchen operations is a plus
