Job Description
- Enable DPDK software to support solutions for complex cloud, telecom, FSI and HPC networks.
- Develop a roadmap for enabling hardware, software, and solutions scenarios
- Customer Engagements and PoCs: Support KEY customer POCs and escalation engagements to ensure AMD EPYC platform adoption and customer value through high performance networking.
- Open Source Adoption: Ensure upsteam acceptance and adoption of AMD EPYC DPDK software features, functions, capabilities, and operational performance in the open-source community.
- Identify Capabilities and Lead Initiatives: Identify necessary communicaitons and IO capabilities and lead activities to maintain competitive advantage.
- Partner with Internal and External Customers: Collaborate with internal and external customers, balancing industry knowledge, technical skills, and leadership.

- Programming/scripting skills (e.g., C/C++, Perl, Ruby, Python) .
- Debug techniques and methodologies .
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in PC (Personal Computer) configurations (both Software and Hardware) with methods of Troubleshooting .
- Knowledge of system architecture, technical debug, and validation strategies .
- Experience with open-source libraries (DPDK, SPDK, IPSeC)
- Willingness and propencity to learn Go, and other programming language
- Detailed oriented; ability to multitask through planning/organizing.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills .
- Bachelors or master s degree in electrical or computer engineering .
- Master s degree preferred.
