Job Description
- Execute advanced penetration tests and red team operations.
- Identify and document security vulnerabilities and potential attack vectors.
- Develop and implement strategies to simulate realistic threat scenarios.
- Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Team to ensure effective remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology advancements.
- Generate comprehensive reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a red team/penetration testing role.
- Experience in a leadership role within a cybersecurity team.
- Strong knowledge of common cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., MITRE ATTCK, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0, ISO27001).
- Proficiency in various penetration testing tools and techniques.
- Experience with AI Red Team exercises and proficiency in AI application attack tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think like an attacker.
- Exceptional communication skills.
