Junior Scientist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct biochemistry experiments, including ELISA, Western blotting, SDS-PAGE, HPLC analysis, GC, literature search, enzyme assays, and protein purification.
  
• Perform biotechnology tasks such as cell culture, fermentation technology, downstream processing, upstream processing, and process development.
  
• Utilize bioinformatics tools for data analysis and interpretation.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Bio-Chemistry or Biotechnology from a recognized university.
  
• 2-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of biochemistry principles and techniques such as ELISA, Western blotting, SDS-PAGE etc. .
  
• Proficiency in biotechnology methods including cell culture, fermentation technology etc. .
  
• Experience with bioinformatics software for data analysis.
