Job Description

Responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.

Providing information about models, features and pricing as well as guiding customers through the sales process.

Location- Lalbagh Road &Magadi Road

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the company.
    • Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity and marketing efforts.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements.
    • Provide customers with product information and demonstrations.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the companys products/services.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive products.
  4. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare reports on sales activities and transactions.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies.
    • Participate in team meetings and share best practices.
  7. Customer Service:
    • Address customer concerns and provide solutions.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
