Job Description
- Infrastructure Automation: Design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code, utilizing tools for configuration management, deployment, and monitoring.
- Continuous Integration and Deployment: Set up and maintain automated build, integration, and deployment pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software releases.
- Monitoring and Logging: Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Security: Ensure the security of the infrastructure, applications, and data by implementing best practices and staying up to date with security trends and threats.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as to optimize the development and deployment processes.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve the performance and scalability of the infrastructure and applications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to configuration , processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor / master s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Science, or B Tech/BE/MTECH/MS in ECE or in CSE equivalent education required.
- At least 3-14 years of active experience.
- Mandatory hands-on experience on A Python, Dockers, Scripting languages, Jenkins, AWS are required.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Ansible, Python, or Ruby, Shell, Groovy understanding is mandatory.
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in software development and IT
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Relevant certifications in DevOps, cloud platforms, or related technologies.
- Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
- Knowledge of database administration and SQL.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and agile development practices.
