Job Title: Category Manager(Mobile ,Laptop & TV)

Note: As a Category Manager in Electronics you will be responsible for overseeing product selection, managing supplier relationships, optimising inventory, setting pricing strategies, executing promotions, analysing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, evaluating performance metrics, introducing new products, and ensures compliance and quality standards in a retail setting.

What would you be doing/Expect from this role?

- Product Portfolio Management for Festive and Seasonal merchandise

- Assortment planning and buying for assigned categories within general merchandise.

- Vendor management: Onboarding brands, negotiating payment terms & terms of agreements.

- Operational efficiency: Work with cross-functional teams, replenishment teams, finance teams, marketing teams, content teams, and regional teams to ensure a smooth functioning system and timely execution of the assigned tasks.

Who are we looking for?

- Must have sound knowledge of Electronics product categories and -

- Must have over 5 years of experience of handling Electronics product categories in a reputed retail company.

- Strong vendor management skills, Strong negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, merchandising skills, Inventory management, Buying & Sourcing skills, multi-tasking.

- Must have good familiarity with eCommerce buying and merchandising.

- Understanding the market trends & figuring out opportunities for new and existing categories & sub-categories.

- New Product development, designing trends by identifying new Vendors.
