- Category Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy that aligns with company goals and drives revenue growth.

- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, external vendors) to define product features, pricing, and positioning.

- Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure category performance.

- Regularly analyse data and adjust strategies as needed to achieve growth and bottom line targets.

- Supplier & Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

- Marketing & Promotion: Work closely with the internal teams to create compelling campaigns that promote the category and increase adoption.
