Role & responsibilities

Operational

• Experience in creating proposals for exterior.

• Develop engineering surfaces.

• Proficiency in Alias, Rhino, Blender, V-Red, Maya and Photoshop for Surface Modelling, Parametric Modelling, Rendering and Animation.

• Experience building consensus between engineering and studio

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design requirements into feasible engineering solutions

• Knowledge of Color, Material and Finish relevant to Automotive.

• Knowledge of Proto/Vehicle concept preparation.

• Proactively identify and address technical challenges, and propose innovative solutions to optimize design and manufacturing processes

• Understand engineering principles but also understands being creative in keeping styling themes.

Preferred candidate profile

Managerial • Ability to lead a team of 3 to 5 engineers.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
