Job Description
- Primarily partners with the sales team to provide pre-sales support for Adobe s Data & Insights solutions (including Adobe RTCDP and Adobe CJA) and other Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions
- Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales team and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations
- The Adobe Data & Insights Solutions Consultant partners with the Account Executives to become the trusted technical advisor of the customer during the sales process
- This role is responsible for technical account management, developing and presenting an Adobe Point of View, conducting product demonstration, proof of concepts, articulating solution value proposition, crafting business & technical cases and post sales value realization
- The Solutions Consultant possesses a high-level of professionalism as the technical point of contact with the customer to address all technical requests
