Admission Executive

As an Admission Executive at Chandigarh University, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to generate interest in our educational programs and assisting prospective students throughout the admissions process. You will collaborate with various departments and work together as a cohesive team to achieve enrollment targets while maintaining the universitys reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective students: Respond to inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person, addressing their questions and concerns regarding admission requirements, programs, and scholarships. Provide accurate information about the application process, curriculum, campus facilities, and campus life to build a positive relationship with applicants.

2. Application process management: Guide and support applicants through the entire application process, from initial inquiry to acceptance of admissions offers. Assist in completing application forms, collecting relevant documents, and ensuring all necessary requirements are met on time.

3. Admission evaluation: Review and evaluate student applications, transcripts, test scores, and other relevant documents to determine eligibility and compatibility with program requirements. Collaborate with the admissions committee to assess the overall fit of prospective students.

4. Relationship management: Build and maintain excellent relationships with high schools, colleges, educational counselors, and other relevant stakeholders to promote Chandigarh University and increase student referrals. Attend education fairs, seminars, and other recruitment events locally and nationally, representing the university and effectively communicating its unique offerings.

5. Database management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student-related information, application status, and correspondence through the universitys CRM system. Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive personal information in compliance with data protection regulations.

6. Reporting and analysis: Generate regular reports on admission statistics, trends, and projections to assist management in making informed decisions. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to optimize the admission process and yield.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, or Education)
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, admissions, or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and database management
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and work effectively in a team
