Admission Counselor

Student Counseling:

• Provide detailed information about courses, admission processes, and career opportunities to prospective students and parents.
• Guide students on selecting suitable courses based on their interests and career aspirations.

Lead Management:

• Handle and respond to incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and social media.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, messages, and emails to ensure conversions.
• Maintain and update the database of inquiries and admissions.

Telecalling:

• Proactively call potential students to promote the institutions courses.
• Conduct follow-ups to encourage timely application and enrollment.

Admission Support:

• Assist students with filling out admission forms and completing application requirements.
• Coordinate with the admissions team for interviews, tests, and other processes.

Event Participation:

• Represent the institution at education fairs, webinars, and promotional events.
• Conduct information sessions and campus tours for prospective students.

Reporting:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Share feedback and insights to improve admissions processes.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• 1-6 years of experience in counseling, telecalling, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and meet targets within deadlines.
