Job Description: Admission Counselor

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Admission Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will guide prospective students through the admission process, represent our institution, and ensure a positive application experience for every applicant.

Responsibilities

• Student Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for prospective students and families, providing personalized guidance throughout the admission process.
• Institution Representation: Attend education fairs, school visits, and community events to promote programs and share key information about the institution.
• Application Assistance: Help students understand admission requirements, complete applications, and meet deadlines.
• Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and social media, maintaining consistent follow-up.
• Application Review: Evaluate applications, transcripts, and other materials to assist in determining admission eligibility.
• Collaboration: Work with the admissions team to develop and execute outreach strategies that align with enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other admissions platforms is a plus.
• A passion for education and helping students succeed.
