Objective:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Admission Counsellor who is committed to the
institution's goals. This role emphasizes diversity, inclusivity, and a focus on guiding students and
parents through informed career and education decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
● Counsel students and parents regarding career options and opportunities available through
partner universities.
● Maintain detailed records of all interactions and inquiries on the provided CRM.
● Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement innovative communication
strategies and enrollment plans to increase student registrations.
● Handle the entire admission process, ensuring a seamless and efficient enrollment
experience.
● Address and resolve queries from students and parents about courses, universities, and the
admission process.

Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelors degree (any discipline).
● 0 to 2 years of experience in a consultative sales role.
● Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
● Self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
● Ability to work independently and drive results.
